HOW-TO RV Cutting Board Stove Topper

Posted on November 6, 2019 by Amber Posted in How-To .

Today, we are creating our own stove cover, a cutting board stove cover! We decided to remove our original one since when we put things like our instant pot on top of it, the cover would bend. So we bought a bamboo cutting board that was made to slide into cabinet. BUT, we gave it a different purpose. It was a fairly simple build and a better stove topper. We use it for cutting our vegetables on too! This was really simple and made things easier on us who work in the kitchen.

If you are interested in this cutting board, it is available in many sizes. Just use our Amazon affiliate link below.

How-To Rebuild RV Bed

Posted on October 16, 2019 by Amber Posted in How-To .

Today, we are taking out the jack-knife couch bed and building a new bed! We decided that Addie needed a better bed and we also wanted some more storage in that back room, so we made the best of both worlds. We used parts from the bed that went underneath the jack-knife couch for the new bed. The new bed was raised 12 inches off the floor, so we could slide totes underneath Addie’s new bed. It was a fairly quick building process for us, and we really like it! How we did it is in the video!

HOW-TO Replace/Install Your RV Toilet

Posted on October 2, 2019 by Kaylla Posted in How-To .

Today, Amber and Dad replaced the RV toilet.

The toilet flusher was getting stuck due to that being stuck after we flushed. We needed to lift the lever back up and that was getting hard so with a swing of a magic wand we fixed the bathroom toilet.

The original toilet cut out in the floor wasn’t even round. The manufacturers “don’t know how to cut a round hole”.

The new toilet is much better than the old one. It has many different spots that the water comes out of around the toilet.

I really like this new toilet

HOW-TO Replace Battery On A Polaris Sportsman 550 EFI ATV

Posted on May 29, 2019 by Amber Posted in How-To .

Today, I am replacing our 4-wheeler battery. She sat around in our storage unit for a while till the battery finally gave out. We bought a new one and replaced the battery. We have used the 4-wheeler since then and she runs perfectly, guess I didn’t mess it up, LOL! It was actually really easy to do, I expected it to be harder than it was. I probably wouldn’t have been able to work my way around it if it wasn’t for dad telling me how to do it along the way. I’m so glad the 4-wheeler is working again. Let me know how you think I did the the comments!
